 Johanna founded Magister Ludi Consulting, LLC in 2024 to use her expertise to support established and emerging leaders with human-centric foundations. Her goal planning and accountability approach to growth and change is purpose-driven and values-aligned.  

Johanna has over 30 years of experience in communication arts, leadership and employee training, planning events, and supporting team dynamics and individuals through organizational effectiveness and diagnostic problem solving. 

She has specialist experience serving various business functions from HR, Operations, Manufacturing, I.T., Quality Assurance, Business Excellence, and Project & Program Management. 

Johanna holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education & Training as well a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Design, and has continually enhanced her expertise through obtaining additional certifications (Including Coming Soon: Becoming You) that support leaders, teams, and strategic business objectives and goals.
